    RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

Right of withdrawal 

AFEM aims to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 48 hours starting from the moment when the product
is delivered and sent back the garment, making sure that it returns to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the moment when
the product is delivered.

Products can be returned via any shipping company
at the customer's discretion.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Conditions

We ask you to pay attention to the instructions.
We will only accept items returned according to the following:

  • The absence or removal of the tag or seal will result in the forfeiture of the
    of the right of exchange or return.
  • We will not exchange or return clothes that you have already worn, with obvious stains or holes.
    Any odor, mark, or crease caused by the body will be an obvious sign of wear and tear.
  • Any complaint relating to the delivery of the Product(s) or the desire to exchange must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the Product(s). After the request, the garment must return within 14 days. Otherwise, it will no longer be possible to continue with the replacement or refund.
    The garment must be shipped in its original condition

The customer will not necessarily have to justify the reasons, nor pay penalties except for the costs of return and
any customs duties, if any.

AFEM cannot be held responsible in the event of loss
theft or damage to the package.
Packages for which it is not possible to identify the customer (first name, last name and order number) will be refused.

Returns are not made for personalized or custom-made products.

In the event of an exchange, it is possible to replace the garment, after which it will not be possible to proceed with a return.

Making a return online
